Crunchsoft is hiring Website & WordPress Developer (remote)

Crunchsoft is a startup company and is always growing with the times, has a fun culture, and is establishing a structured base. We strive to provide robust solutions in Software Development, Website Development, and Graphic Design. We focus on improving our staff’s skills and encourage furthering education. Each customer project is diligently assessed and designed to match their needs to provide a smooth process from project kick-off to the start of their maintenance plan.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and manage customer WordPress Websites
• Vet and learn new WordPress plug-ins
• Address the development process to identify improvements with management
• Work with internal Graphic Designer for graphic art
• Work with contracted Content Creator for website text when needed
• Establish team relationship with internal developers
• Establish relationship with customers in-person/video chat to create a project outline and the details needed to complete a professional website

Skills

• WordPress Development and Design
• Knowledge of trusted WordPress Plugins
• HTML, CSS (JavaScript, ASP.NET, and other lower level languages are a major plus)
• Outgoing personality who can work with customers and other developers.
• Issues can arise with websites, and this candidate needs to be able to manage higher pressure situations.
• Project Management experience is a plus

Education

• High School Diploma

Required Work Experience

• Worked in IT, for a web development company, or for a marketing agency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Masks are required when working with customers. Employees can request to work from home, however we have separate offices available for each developer if needed. Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the office.
